The Company may pay annual short-term incentives (STI) to senior managers and other personnel in addition to their salary and fringe benefits. The criteria for any short-term incentives are based on individuals’ success in reaching their personal targets and on the Company’s financial performance and success in reaching its goals.
Neste’s 2013 long-term incentive (LTI) program ran in three-year plan cycles from 2013–2015, 2014–2016 and 2015–2017. The 2016 long-term incentive program runs in three-year plan cycles from 2016–2018, 2017–2019 and 2018–2020. The 2019 long-term incentive program runs in three-year plan cycles from 2019–2021, 2020–2022 and 2021–2023.
