Neste Oil will donate EUR 15,000 to the Finnish Association for Mental Health (Suomen Mielenterveysseura) for mental health work among children and youth as well as EUR 5,000 to Non Fighting Generation ry (NFG). NFG specializes in helping young people with violent behavior.
The Finnish Association for Mental Health is a non-governmental organization promoting mental health in Finland. It serves as an umbrella for an operative network of 17 crisis centers providing crisis help in different parts of Finland. The association consists of 54 local mental health associations, 36 association members, and about 4,000 individual members. Non Fighting Generation ry is a national youth education association founded in 1996. It works to improve the conditions of young people through life skills training. The operations focus on preventing violence by and against young people and preventing the use of intoxicants and related disorders.
