Meet CARB’s Off-Road Diesel Regulation requirements with Neste MY Renewable Diesel™

The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has approved updates to the In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets Regulation (Off-Road Regulation), requiring the use of renewable diesel in off-road vehicles and equipment beginning January 1, 2024. This new regulation is aimed at reducing emissions of oxides of nitrogen (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) from all off-road fleets operating across California.

Key takeaways:

  • The renewable diesel requirement applies to ALL off-road diesel vehicles and equipment subject to the regulation
  • Compliance reduces air pollution and protects public health
  • Neste MY Renewable Diesel (R99 diesel) meets CARB requirements

To learn if your business is subject to the regulation, please refer to CARB for more information.
